Avaya INDeX - what do you do next?
At Central we believe that the Avaya INDeX telephony platform you utilise is a stable and reliable piece of technology. However you may be aware that Avaya has announced that the INDeX system is reaching the end of its life. Naturally there are options available and there is no need to be unduly concerned.
At Central we continue to maintain and support the INDeX platform. However there will be no future software releases and hardware will become increasingly difficult to source. In the long term maintaince and support will become more costly, specialised and difficult to resource.
