Hosted Computer Based Training
Central Telecom has also launched Computer Based Training tool. CBT is a product that can proactively assist many organisations in achieving end user acceptance and can make all the difference to a major roll out or upgrade.
Central CBT is a hosted web-based training solution, providing organisations with an alternative to standard on-site training. Central’s CBT has been designed to provide employees with a concise and easy to use training tool which can be accessed from their desktop through Central’s secure hosted training platform.
Central has taken care to tailor each CBT module to reflect how a system has been configured, ensuring that the handset template is accurately defined and that the key features are highly visible. Specific information such as Help Desk details, directories, remote mailbox access numbers, business processes & policy and voicemail etiquette can be added for the organisation.
Advanced System Maintenance and Support
Our Project Managers will arrange for post and pre-installation training to be carried out to your organisations needs, this will encompass basic handset training to advanced system maintenance training ensuring that your organisation makes immediate benefits from the newly installed solution.
