CHANGE CONTROL
In some instances it may be expedient to use the Customer‘s change control system. Unless the Customer agrees an alternative method with Central’s Project Manager, the following forms will be used to manage change:
- Change Implementation Authorisation - Used to manage any significant changes that affect the working environment for the Customer. A ‘Change Implementation Authorisation’ (CIA) will be completed and distributed prior to any change.
- Change of Scope Authorisation - Changes affecting the cost of the project will not be worked upon or materials ordered, unless a ‘Change of Scope Authorisation’ (CSA) or Contract Variation has been agreed and signed by Central’s Project Manager and the Customer.
