ADDITIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT DOCUMENTS
The following documents will be used at key points during the project depending on the complexity of the project and the requirements of the project board and the project teams:
- Customer Acceptance Milestone - optional signoff after a key milestone
- Customer Acceptance Stage - optional signoff after a stage
- Customer Acceptance Project - mandatory signoff after project completion
- End Stage Report - a summary of the stage aims and achievements
- End Project Report - a summary of the project aims and achievements
- Exception Report - a notification to the project board of a planned approach to overcome a known problem
- Follow-on Actions Report - a report of any actions or requirements that need to be addressed outside of the main project
- Highlight Report - a high level summary of the project status
- Lessons Learned Report - a list of the lessons learned during the project, both good and bad
- MS Project Gantt Chart - produced if the version in the Customer Log File is not acceptable
- Project Initiation Document - a detailed description of the project objectives
- Work Package Instructions - details of a discrete piece of work to be carried out
- Statement of Works - details of a major piece of work to be carried out
