CENTRAL LAUNCHES COMPUTER BASED TRAINING SOLUTION
Central Telecom is pleased to announce the launch of our Computer Based Training (CBT) solution. Initially developed as a tool for our strategic solutions accounts this solution equips customers with an end user tool that aids the familiarisation of newly implemented technology in a user friendly manner. CBT is a product that can proactively assist many organisations in achieving end user acceptance and can make all the difference to a major roll out or upgrade and provide sustainability.
Central CBT is a hosted web-based training solution, providing organisations with an alternative to standard on-site training. Central's CBT has been designed to provide employees with a concise and easy to use training tool which can be accessed from their desktop through Central's secure hosted training platform.
Central has taken care to tailor each CBT module to reflect how a system has been configured, ensuring that the handset template is accurately defined and that the key features are highly visible. Specific information such as Help Desk details, directories, remote mailbox access numbers, business processes & policy and voicemail etiquette can be added for the organisation.
